EAH Housing is dedicated to building communities that enhance the surrounding neighborhoods. We manage 81 properties (over 8000 units) of affordable housing for seniors, families, students, people with disabilities, frail elderly and the formerly homeless in California and Hawaii. We are known by government officials, community leaders, lenders and most importantly by our 15,000 residents as a capable and trustworthy organization motivated by an authentic concern for the people we serve.
The organization has received multiple national awards and numerous commendations for exemplary property management from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and from legislators on the federal, state and local levels.
EAH enjoys an excellent reputation with its residents through its open lines of communication and responsive management staff. We offer an array of support services for residents to include after-school programs, English as a Second Language classes, job training, drug education and training at our computer learning centers.
The EAH property management team provides complete property management, asset management and strategic acquisition services. The organization has created a distinctive property management model incorporating extensive on-going training, belief in superior resident service and a reputation for conscientious site managers. EAH is also highly regarded for the quality of its financial reporting and other regulatory work.
